POSITION SUMMARY

ECOM is seeking a self-motivated and meticulous Invoicing and SAP Associate who would be responsible
for invoicing Cocoa taking over receipts, generating daily reports, conducting monthly reconciliations with
the Finance team and raising invoices in SAP.
The role will:
1. Be responsible for processing and generating invoices for all Cocoa Take-Over Receipts (CTOR),
ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
2. Manage the processing of invoices for KITEKO, COFCO, and SMS Cocoa Rehabilitations.
3. Handle correspondence with COCOBOD, including responding to their letters and drafting relevant
documents related to cocoa operations.
4. Verify the accuracy of Cocoa Taken-Over receipts, product values, evacuating rates, and gross
amounts, and post them into SAP.
5. Conduct monthly reconciliations with the Finance team, comparing invoices posted in SAP against
payment receipts.
6. Maintain and update the CTOR and invoicing tracker for management insights and operational
purposes.
7. Provide comprehensive support to the line manager in various operational activities.
8. Generate daily reports, including Ghana Cocoa Recon, SAP and invoicing reports, and Cycle time
report.
EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Education Background: A minimum of a first Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Statistics,
Years of Experience: 2-3 years
Problem-solving and analytical ability.
Superior Organizational Skills.
Manages time effectively and adapts to changing priorities.
Pays attention to details.
Team player who works productively with a wide range of people.
Capable of working with minimum supervision, able to work alone.
Excellent communication skills with employees and upper management.
